What is collected

When you join the book list, this site records your first name, your email address, your consent, the source of the submission and the date and time it was received. Nothing else is collected through the form.

When you request the 93 Questions buyer workbook, the same details are recorded together with the resource you requested. Requesting the workbook again with the same email does not create a second record.

The email-gated workbook

The workbook PDF is stored privately and is never published at a permanent public address. After a valid submission, the server creates a temporary signed download link that expires 10 minutes after it is issued. If the link expires, submit the form again to receive a fresh one. No confirmation email is sent, because no email provider is connected yet.

Why it is collected

Your details are used only to deliver the requested resource and to send book launch and yacht-buying updates from Patric Daccache. They are not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.

Consent and withdrawal

You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in any message, or by contacting the privacy address listed above. Your record is then removed from the book list.

Retention

Records are kept for as long as the book list is active, or until you ask for removal.

Tracking

This site does not load advertising or tracking cookies by default. If analytics are added later, this notice will state the provider and purpose before that happens.
