What you are buying

The product is the 2026 Kindle-ready EPUB of What They Don't Tell You Before You Buy a Yacht by Patric Daccache, supplied as a single digital EPUB file in English (en-GB). It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no user account.

Price and tax

The base price is EUR 89. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout, and the final total payable, including tax where it applies, is shown in the Stripe checkout before you confirm payment.

Payment and formation of the contract

Payment is processed by Stripe through the payment integration provided by Lovable. Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when the payment is successfully confirmed. If payment is not confirmed, no contract comes into existence.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate after confirmed payment. You receive a private, signed download link to the EPUB file that expires 10 minutes after it is issued. The expiry of a link does not cancel your purchase. If a download fails or a link expires before you save the file, contact pd@yacht-advisor.com with your payment reference and we will arrange access.

Compatibility

Reading the file generally requires an EPUB-compatible reader application or a Kindle workflow that accepts EPUB files. You are responsible for checking that your device, application or e-reader can open the format before purchase.

Licence and permitted use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the ebook. Resale, sharing, lending of the file, public upload, distribution in any network or file-sharing service, sublicensing and any commercial redistribution are not permitted. Copyright remains with Yacht Advisor FZ-LLC or its licensors.

Withdrawal and immediate performance of digital content

All mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are preserved. Where the law that applies to you provides a cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital content, you expressly request immediate performance at checkout and acknowledge that, once delivery of the digital content begins, the withdrawal right may be lost, to the extent permitted by that applicable law. You confirm this by ticking the immediate-delivery confirmation before payment.

Refunds and remedies

Because the file is delivered immediately with your consent, we do not offer a discretionary change-of-mind refund after lawful immediate delivery. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights where the digital content is defective, materially not as described, or cannot be accessed. In those cases contact pd@yacht-advisor.com with your payment reference and a description of the issue, and we will investigate and provide a repair, replacement download or refund as required by applicable law.

Failed and duplicate payments

If a payment is declined or interrupted, no contract is formed and no file is released; any pending authorisation is released by your bank according to its own timelines. If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact pd@yacht-advisor.com with both payment references and the duplicate charge will be refunded.

Seller cancellation

If we are unable to supply the product for technical, legal or other reasons, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full. Any refund is issued to the original payment method.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer law grants you the protection of your own place of residence or the right to bring proceedings before your local courts, those mandatory rights are preserved and are not affected by this clause. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version published at the moment of your purchase applies to that purchase; changes do not apply retroactively.
